Description

Originally based in Aberdeen before being bought by the Campbeltown based Mitchell family in 1969, Wm Cadenhead's is the oldest independent bottler in Scotland. Now their flagship Campbeltown premises - located next to the Springbank distillery - also features their own shop offering a variety of bottled spirits from different distilleries. With their own warehouse stocked full of exciting whiskies, this Cadenhead's Glenallachie-Glenlivet 17 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured for 17 years in refill butts. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, reflecting Cadenhead's signature style of preserving natural whisky character and texture.
