It is crafted from the 'heart of the heart' of the distillate, capturing the highest phenol content. This expression, with a robust 71 PPM, undergoes a lengthy 160-hour fermentation and is matured for five years in a combination of American virgin oak and Oloroso hogsheads, resulting in a full-bodied and intensely smoky character.
