Description

This GlenAllachie 11 Year Old single malt is part of The Wood Collection and the fourth chapter of the Sherry Series. It was initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before undergoing secondary maturation in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks, sourced from trusted bodega partners in Cádiz, Spain. This limited edition release is bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural color, offering a beautifully layered character with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha, and warming cinnamon spice, balanced with a refined dryness and depth.
