Description

This GlenAllachie 1989 31 Year Old Single Cask #6118 is a wonderfully well-aged single malt from the distillery's Single Cask series. Distilled in 1989 and aged in an Oloroso sherry hogshead for 31 years, it was bottled in 2020 with an outturn of just 339 bottles. It was bottled at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration as the oldest expression in Batch 3 of the distillery's single cask releases under Billy Walker.
