Description

This is an 11-year-old single malt whisky from Glenallachie, distilled in 2012 and matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. It was independently bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Small Batch Edition #8. The whisky is non-chillfiltered and has no added color. Glenallachie distillery, built in 1967, was acquired by Billy Walker in 2017, who has since focused on single malt production and sherry cask maturation.
