Description

'Sinteis', meaning 'synthesis' in Scottish Gaelic, embodies our craft creativity as we merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions. Merging single malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks with spirit from Scottish virgin oak barrels has resulted in a harmonious fusion of dark chocolate, grated nutmeg, and citrus fruits. We proudly present this Sinteis bottling at 58.2% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the characteristic spirit to speak for itself.
