- Citrus, vanilla and honey. Cake, floral honey, light hints of latte. Milky, creamy side. Vanilla and citrus sweets. Banana pie. Sweet, fruity side hints towards rum.
- Palate
- Peppery, then vanilla and caramel, some almonds, apricots and peach. Apple pastry, vanilla cake. Hints of peaches. Peppery notes, moving towards grassy notes and zesty grapefruit.
- Finish
- Pepper remains, with honey and more peach. Gentle and sweet. Medium, back to honeyed notes, alongside apple peeling and eau-de-vie.
