Nose
Pronounced orchard fruits and vanilla pod mingled with aromas of citrus peels and toasted nuts. Richly fruity with floral and citrus notes, ripe apples, yellow peaches, pears, jasmine flowers, and lime rind.
Palate
Sweet and creamy with layers of sugared almond and panna cotta, followed by notes of dried apple, nutmeg, and cocoa powder. Orchard fruits of pears and apricots, vanilla buttercream frosting, freshly malted barley, warm nougat, and sea salt.
Finish
Perfectly balanced with creamy rice pudding and gentle cinnamon spices lingering long on the tongue. Medium long, reminiscent of fruit pastry, citrus peel, liquorice, and cinnamon and ginger spice.
