Strawberries and mixed summer fruit cocktail, light and delightful, green-ish with notes of grass and hay, vanilla essence, dried fruit, cut grass, cinnamon and brown sugar, with a touch of dried oak.
Palate
Medium body, fruity with low key sweetness, oily barley and apricot, black pepper, lemon, apple crumble, dried banana and hay, with a lovely balance of savoury and sweet flavours.
Finish
Medium long, soft, with fruits and soft sweetness, mildly oaky, green olive, brown bread, barley sugar, and green apple.
