Nose
Spectacular nose with nice old wood and mild peat. Smells like a candle burning, a mix of ashes and wax. Notes of apple juice, with a little lemon and cinnamon thrown in. Also a little malt and orange juice.
Palate
Light body, herbal, and salty. More apple and orange juice.
Finish
The finish is quite long and soft, pleasantly honeyed and orangey.
