Description

The man on our bottle, St Kevin, stood apart, and his whiskey is no different. Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey is first matured in an American oak, ex-bourbon cask. It is then finished in a rare Irish oak cask, sourced from the Wicklow Mountains. This unique wood imparts a spicy, sweet and complex flavour, and sweetens the whiskey. The highest levels of flavour in this whiskey are achieved by the unique combination of casks.
