A captivating bouquet of dry and stewed fruits, enhanced by delicate nuances of orange peel.
Palate
Rich, dark and seductive with stewed fruits and all-spice, classical aged Oloroso, toasted walnut bread, chocolate orange, marzipan, baking spices, earthy pepper, dry nuts, leather, caramelized walnut, and date oils.
Finish
Long, full and firm, slightly nutty, mouth-coating, icing, blackberry, subtle tobacco earthiness, tannin dryness, rounded with cherry note, and demerara syrup.
