A malt distillery located in Forgue by Huntly in the eastern Highland region. Famed for its preference for sherry cask-ageing, it has long been an established single malt brand. Each year, the Master Blender personally selects exceptional casks from the traditional dunnage warehouses of The GlenDronach Distillery to be released as a Cask Bottling. These bottlings are an exquisite selection of Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Port casks, each displaying remarkable characteristics. The whisky's rich colour is imparted from the wood of the cask alone, deepening with time. Individually numbered by hand, each Cask Bottling is a unique single malt whisky, with only a limited number of bottles made available, offering a rich, complex, and tremendously complex expression of The GlenDronach style.
