Nose
Sweet, creamy vanilla, with hints of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and pear. Sherried autumn fruits meld with smooth chocolate praline, gingerbread and sun-dried raisin.
Palate
Rich, creamy, silky-smooth with warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. Caramelised bramble, silky orange and sultana envelope the palate with warming spice.
Finish
Long, full, firm, and slightly nutty. Medium length with a dry end, with raisin fruitiness and fresh ginger and black peppery heat.
