Sweet, creamy vanilla, hints of ginger, spiced mulled wine and pear. Also notes of rich cereals, struck match, raisin, cinnamon, caramelised sugar, dried fruit, apricots, cherries, nuts, custard, orange peel, and praline.
Palate
Rich, creamy, silky-smooth texture, warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouthfeel with raisins and soft fruits. Flavors of caramelised bramble, silky orange, sultana, ginger, cinnamon, clove, dark chocolate, and a peppery bite.
Finish
Long, lingering finish with notes of dried fruit, oak, sherry, nuts, ginger, black pepper, orange peel, and a dry end.
