- Lots of fruity sherry without being cloying or heavy. Spicy wood scents, with hints of wine, and Oloroso-like acidity and salt.
- Palate
- Dry with juicy fruit and a lot of oak. Notes of peach, plum, and apricot, becoming sharper with spices, baking spices, and a hint of pepper. Slightly beefy towards the end with fatty flavors.
- Finish
- Returns to wood and fruit sherry flavors, long, fruity, and spicy with good balance. Baking spices and dried fruit.
