Distilled shortly after Glendronach distillery reopened in 2002 after a six-year mothball period, and produced using coal-fired stills before the switch to steam-heated stills.

Rich with dark chocolate, dried tart raisins, brown sugar, ripe banana, orange, and chewy caramel, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and leathery tones.
Palate
Oily and viscous, bursting with sweet juicy raisin and plum flavours, candied orange rind, syrupy bitter caramel, toasted oak spices, vanilla, and ginger, with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and tobacco smoke.
Finish
Long, warming, and sweet with orange liqueur notes, bitter dark chocolate, black pepper, cloves, and a slight oakiness.
