- Refreshing aroma with big, meaty sherry, honeycomb, prosciutto, raisins, freshly sawn oak, figs, apricot jam, and classic sweet PX sherry notes with tarty and caramelized peach undertones.
- Palate
- Extremely rich and balanced, thick, syrupy, and tongue-coating with sweet dried raisins, a hint of spice, slight oakiness, and faint sour fruit notes like orange marmalade, peaches, nectarines, and prunes.
- Finish
- Very smooth and long, warming with fruity sweetness that fades to reveal tannic oak, chocolate mousse, tinned peaches in syrup, sultanas, dates, currants, orange rind, furniture polish, and oily putty.
