Nose
Bright start with grapefruit, demerara, chocolate. After a short while the nose just explodes with Turkish coffee, old antique room, sherry bombs and liquorice. Oh, it is just beautiful.
Palate
Palate is surprising. Starts really soft and unexpected with cinnamon and caramel until you feel the kick at the mid palate where lots of taninns, liquorice, milk chocolate, leather suddenly pop. It develops more into a dark espresso, dates and plums with a thick texture.
Finish
Very long with sherried fruits accompanied drying ginger making your mouth want this dram more and more and more.
