- Bright with grapefruit, demerara, chocolate, Turkish coffee, old antique room, sherry bombs, liquorice, dark fruits, nuts, leather, plums, cocoa, spice, earth, dates, figs, molasses, honey, and apricots.
- Palate
- Soft with cinnamon and caramel, then a kick of tannins, liquorice, milk chocolate, leather, dark espresso, dates, plums, with a thick texture. Sweet and rich with Christmas cake, raisins, and almonds.
- Finish
- Very long with sherried fruits and drying ginger. Medium long with fading sweetness, earth, spice, black pepper, cinnamon, and cocoa. A little dry at the end.
