Description

Discover a sherry-charged take on Speyside elegance with Glendullan 15 Year Old 2009 Vintage, Signatory Cask Strength. Initially matured in bourbon wood, this single malt spent its final years in a 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead (Cask #10) before being bottled at natural cask strength in April 2025. Only 344 individually numbered bottles were produced—unchill-filtered and natural in colour—showcasing Glendullan's crisp orchard-fruit core wrapped in decadent layers of dark fruit, toffee and warming spice.

Nose
Fresh baked apple and honeyed malt lead to rich raisin bread, orange marmalade and a hint of polished oak.
Palate
Silky waves of toffee fudge, fig jam and sweet malt glide across the tongue, followed by clove-spiced chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a lift of citrus peel.
Finish
Medium-long and warming—lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, mellow oak tannin and a final flourish of vanilla-malt sweetness.
