Light and creamy with supple sherry, Manuka honey, hints of smoke, rich oak, and pine resin. Notes of melted brown sugar, dairy toffee, green apple boiled sweets, juicy raisins, prunes, warm earth, hay, and cinnamon sugar.
Palate
Medium-bodied with date and walnut cake, Oloroso sherry, earthy forest floor, malt, and toffee apple. Full-bodied with sherried fruit, oak, sweet sensations, and a mild spiciness.
Finish
Spicy and long, with notes of allspice, cinnamon, cloves, orange zest, and lingering sherry. Creamy coffee, faint Oloroso, crushed walnuts, apple skin, toffee flakes, faint hay, and orange peel.
