Description

Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit. This particular bottling is a non-aged stated whisky which has been matured in sherry casks and was originally aimed at the French market, marking 35 years of connection between Bordeaux and the distillery.
