- The nose is enveloped by a fruity and aromatic note. Aromas of blackberries and dried fruits are dominant, followed by chocolate, honey and a spicy woody note.
- Palate
- The Glenfarclas Family Casks 1980 Cask 1939 unfolds on the tongue with aromas of berries, especially raspberries, blackberries and wild berries. These are interspersed with nuances of nuts and chocolate. Vanilla provides a pleasant sweetness, while coffee offers a present note.
- Finish
- With a long-lasting finish, the Scotch leaves impressions of wild berries. Sherry notes and aromas of cocoa are also perceptible.
