Glenfiddich 21 Years Old Reserva Rum Cask Finish #49 is a luxuriously rich single malt from Glenfiddich, released in 2017 as a numbered small batch bottling. The whisky aged for 21 years and was finished in Caribbean rum casks for a sweet and exotic character with notes of vanilla, sharp ginger, fig, lime, vibrant toffee and a spicy warmth. Glenfiddich is the best-selling single malt in the world.

Intense and vanilla sweet, floral, with hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak. Also notes of fresh apple, orange, fruit syrup, turbinado sugar, honey, fresh bread, almonds, clove, and beeswax.
Palate
Initially soft, then brisk and vibrant, with notes of vanilla, creamy toffee, dried fig, tropical fruit, banana bread, milk chocolate, nectarine, lime, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and a touch of smoke and oak.
Finish
Very long, warming, dry and spicy, with lingering sweetness, soft spice, banana bread, almonds, orange flowers, dark chocolate, fruit and oak.
