Nose
Rich and complex with notes of oak, vanilla, honey, dried fruits, and baking spices. Sweet notes of ripe pears and crisp apples, with cinnamon and nutmeg. Earthy vanilla undertones, light-to-medium peat smoke, heather, sherry malt/toffee, pepper, blood oranges, and banana.
Palate
Smooth and full-bodied with flavors of oak, dark chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, and dried fruits. Sweet orchard fruit, apricot, walnut, spice, cocoa, and gentle woody depth. Dark fruits, hints of toffee, creamy texture, light oak notes. Malty sweetness, lightly sherried with hints of plums, caramelized apples with cinnamon, honey, very light oak, and oranges mixed with vanilla.
Finish
Lingering and satisfying with hints of oak, spice, and a touch of sweetness. Medium to warming, with oak, spice, and lingering dark chocolate sweetness. Smooth, lingering experience with hints of honey and soft herbal notes. Buttery nuts, oak, spice, and a little pepper.
