Palate
Vibrant with a compelling balance of dry tannin and soft brown sugar vanilla sweetness, deep oak flavor, hints of spice and liquorice, creamy toffee, biscuits, raisins, caramel, light baking spice, candied orange peel, fresh toasted oak, honey, almonds, leather, charred wood, roasted cereal grains, pear juice, apple and pear tarts, malt biscuit.
