Description

Glenfiddich 1993 Foundation Reserve is a rare single-cask distillery bottling, matured for 17 years in an oak cask (cask #29670) and bottled in 2011 at 50.8% ABV. This limited edition release of 500 bottles was created to celebrate 125 years of The Benevolent Charity, which was founded in 1886, the same year the Glenfiddich Distillery foundations were laid. It is a Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, known for its refined profile and complex flavor, offering notes of dried fruits, oak, nuts, caramel, and spice. It was released as a non-chill filtered expression.
