Sweet notes of toffee and vanilla, intertwined with hints of ripe bananas and tropical fruits, deep caramel, honey, barley, raisins, figs, grapes, chocolate, nectarines, melons, leathery, earthy notes, green pepper, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, floral, new leather and oak.
Palate
Warming and very sweet with prime bourbony characteristics, vanilla, rum and raisin cake, custard, berries, dark chocolate, smoke, oak wood, pepper, crushed cinnamon, brisk, vibrant, drying, lime, ginger and spices.
Finish
Smooth, warm, lingering, very soft smoke, a hint of toffee and vanilla, medium, sweet, spicy and dry, very long.
