Nose
Honey, ripe fruits (pears, apples, cantaloupe melon), oak, floral notes, citrus (blood orange), and a hint of spice.
Palate
Smooth and full-bodied with vanilla, toffee, caramel, and spices. Bright, sugary, with cantaloupe, pear, lemon curd, crisp cereal notes, underripe banana, and barley sugar. Medium-bodied with slight sweetness and very low peat.
Finish
Long and satisfying, leaving a warm, lingering aftertaste of fruit and spice. Medium to short with oak and a creamy, sometimes bitter, note.
