Nose
Sweet coastal waves of ripe apricot and fig meld with toasted vanilla and tropical flora, carried on a warm ocean breeze. Gentle, elegant notes of sweet fruits, raspberry, plum and blackcurrant jam, with slivers of cinnamon, ginger, figs, sandalwood, walnuts and candied orange. Hints of chocolate and a subtle saltiness.
Palate
Candied pistachio, date and sweet fig roll into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream, infused with fresh coastal air. Viscous notes of blackcurrant reduction, plums, and Demerara sugar, with slightly bitter caramel, a pinch of nutmeg and some coffee grounds. Full, sweet notes of strawberries, caramel, and candied orange peel, with a slight hint of spice and oak.
Finish
Long and velvety, with lingering notes of red fruit and a hint of sweet spices. Medium length, with a sliver of raspberry flavoured cough syrup and more dark fruits.
