- Smells like a very pure sherry style, nutmeg, hazelnut paste, cocoa powder mixed together, and also the aroma of fresh orange peel.
- Palate
- Orange jam mixed with crushed almonds, cinnamon powder sprinkled on butter caramel hot cocoa, very delicious. The woody astringency from the sherry cask balances the sweetness well.
- Finish
- Caramel, dark chocolate flavors are very rich, nutmeg and pepper from strong to light, long finish.
