Nose
Crisp and spring-like. Green apple and young rhubarb with cinnamon and a touch of raisin. Very fruity and almost new make-ish. Pear drops. Malty and sweet with some vanilla and sweet dough.
Palate
Smooth and slightly hot when neat, but with sound mid-palate sweetness. Cinnamon dough with nutmeg to balance it. Then getting fruitier with a hint of dried fruit. Buttery wood.
Finish
Slightly astringent. Less fruity than the nose.
