Description

Glengoyne 18 Year Old is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, introduced in 2012/2013 as a replacement for the 17 Year Old. It is crafted using the slowest stills in Scotland and air-dried barley, ensuring an unpeated spirit. This full-bodied whisky is matured for 18 years in a combination of European and American first-fill and refill sherry casks, with a generous proportion of Oloroso sherry casks. It offers a rich and layered flavor profile with notes of red apples, toffee, dried fruit, spice, oak, and a subtle sherry sweetness, leading to a smooth, balanced, and luxurious finish.
