Description

A Highland malt distillery located in Dumgoyne, a small village to the north of Glasgow. For over a century it was synonymous with the blenders, Lang Brothers, however it was acquired by Ian Macleod Distillers in 2003 and has been transformed into a highly-regarded single malt brand. This Glengoyne 25 Year Old is a luxurious Highland single malt Scotch whisky, matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for a full quarter of a century. It is distinct due to the absence of peat in its malt and is bottled at 48% Vol. The whisky is presented in a new heavy bespoke bottle and outer oak box. It was introduced in 2014 as an addition to their core range.
