- Hints of candied lemon, butterscotch, creamy cereal sweetness, dried fruits, Demerara sugar, orchard fruits (lemon, peaches, apples), banana bread, orange, bing cherry, and a strong sherry-vanilla aroma.

- Oily and rich with notes of toffee popcorn, salted butter, ground walnuts, allspice, lemon rinds, baked apple, vanilla, caramel, raisins, light cinnamon, pepper spice, and a creamy chocolate sherry character.
- Finish
- Oaky, malty, long, spicy with cinnamon, sherry, hazelnuts, and a mellow, easy-to-sip warmth.
