Glengoyne Legacy Series: Chapter One is the first release in a series celebrating the distillery's history, specifically honoring Cochrane Cartwright, distillery manager from 1869, who introduced sherry cask maturation and a slower distillation process. This Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks and refill casks, and bottled un-chillfiltered at 48% ABV.
