Nose
Fresh, malty and herbal with notes of hay, dried grass, roasted barley, subtle florals, honey, chamomile tea, orange water, banana, and a hint of cinnamon. Some describe it as thin, spirity, or reminiscent of boiled barley-sugar candy, brass polish, lemongrass, plasticene, wet grass, and spearmint.
Palate
Light-bodied, sweet, and approachable with dominant malt, wood, vanilla, dry palm fronds, coconut, pineapple rind, grass, and pepper. Other notes include banana, custard, orange peels, old sappy wood, cinnamon, ginger, lemon peel, green wood, and a touch of nail polish. Some find it grassy-sharp, mouthwatering, or light and dry.
Finish
Medium to long, with dried grass, wood, pepper, vanilla, caramel, rich oaky tones, and a delicate hint of smoke. It can be slightly bitter, dry, or offer notes of bran, malt, and a soapy quality.
