Description

A Diageo malt distillery located in the Lowland region of Scotland. Despite quietly producing fillings for blended Scotch for the majority of its history, it emerged as a single malt brand in 1988 when United Distillers assigned it as one the six Classic Malts of Scotland. This Distillers Edition is double matured in Amontillado seasoned American oak casks, creating layers of sweet grapes, oaky spice, black pepper, vanilla and dried fruit throughout the palate.
