Description

One of the best-known names in Speyside, The Glenlivet distillery was founded in 1859 by George Smith and remained family-owned until the 1970s when acquired by Seagram. It is today the crown jewel of the Pernod Ricard portfolio and one of the best-selling single malt brands globally. This 18 Year Old Batch Reserve is matured over 18 years in predominantly first and second-fill American oak casks alongside traditional oak and ex-sherry oak casks, reflecting the depth and layered character that comes from nearly two decades of patient maturation across multiple cask types.
