Description

The Glenlivet Code is a mysterious, limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky released in 2018 as the third in a series of mystery bottlings, following Alpha and Cipher. Inspired by British codebreakers of WWII, it was intentionally released without tasting notes or cask information, challenging consumers to 'unlock the taste' through an interactive digital experience. Master Distiller Alan Winchester crafted this expression from an undisclosed combination of cask types, with official tasting notes revealed later in the year of its release. Approximately 33,000 bottles were produced.
