Nose
Rich and complex, with notes of vanilla and caramel, dried fruits such as apricots and raisins, orange peel and citrus, a subtle hint of spice and oak. Some dates, sharp plum and apricot wine note, pear drops, sweet cinnamon, honeysuckle and sweet pea.
Palate
Smooth and balanced, with flavors of caramel and honey, oak, zesty orange, pear, toffee apples, milk chocolate flakes, banoffee pie and apple turnovers. Creamy sweetness, juicy fruits. Hints of toffee mingle with raw oak tannins and barley.
Finish
Long, creamy, smooth, soft. Creamy toffee, a little oak and sweet barley sugar warmth. Milk chocolate raisins linger. Quick, fruity smooth finish. Sugared barley and oak.
