Malty and toasty with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, watermelon, coconut milk, manuka honey, hot buttered toast, green apples, citrus, oranges, mandarins, biscuit, pineapple, apple juice, floral notes, sweet spice, toasted oak, and sweet pear.
Palate
Rich and sweet with notes of custard, apple crumble, tropical fruits, oak, potpourri, spiced toffee, gingerbread, Jamaican ginger cake, treacle toffee, vanilla, marzipan, frangipane tart, soft fruits, honeyed flowers, malted barley, bourbon barrel notes, creamy vanilla, fragrant wood, green apples, a slight bitterness, and caramel.
Finish
Good length with sweet vanilla, black pepper, dry oak, ginger, hazelnuts, spiced toffee, vanilla custard, a slightly unripe apple, pineapple, and a peppery note, offering a warming and lingering sensation.
