Description

Signatory Vintage, founded by Andrew Symington, is one of Scotland's largest independent bottlers. This exclusive single cask sherry matured 16 year old Glenlivet was released by Signatory Vintage to celebrate Ralfy's 1000th review on ralfy.com. Distilled on 27th March 2007 and bottled on 9th May 2023, it was matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, cask no. #900158, with an outturn of 288 bottles. It is natural colour and non chill filtered, bottled at cask strength.
