Nose
High-class vanilla pods, with tropical fruits and minty touches. Papayas, small pink bananas, a touch of eucalyptus, homemade custard, wee whiffs of thuja wood, as well as a little church incense. Tangerines, williams pears, orange blossom honey, and fresh mint. Grassier notes, mown lawn, crushed leaves, hints of bay leaves, menthol, eucalyptus, cherry stems and peach leaves.
Palate
Very citrusy, almost citric with lemon drops, limoncello, and melissa leaf extract. Honey blended with limoncello and lemongrass water. Yellow peaches, un-commercial bananas, and a little more oak with menthol and pinesap. Some drying and gritty notes mingling with mint, peach skin, dry bananas, pollen, or papayas.
Finish
Medium to long, super-zesty and clean, with a complexity that only age can bring. Medium, with some nutmeg, dried breadcrumbs (oak), and green bananas, perhaps even wacky ripe guavas.
