Description

A Highland malt distillery located near Tain along the Dornoch Firth. It was founded in 1843 and is today owned along with Ardbeg by the French multination, LVMH. The distillery's primary focus is its single malt brand, renowned for being produced using Scotland's tallest pot stills. This Glenmorangie 1971 Limited Bottling was distilled in 1971 and bottled in 1993 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the distillery's official opening. It was matured in American mountain oak casks and presented in a wooden box.
