Description

Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream is a playful and imaginative limited edition single malt Scotch whisky, part of the 'A Tale Of…' series. Inspired by the nostalgic joy of an ice cream parlor, it was created by Dr. Bill Lumsden and Master Blender Gillian Macdonald. The whisky is aged in a combination of bourbon casks and specially toasted high-vanillin new oak casks to enhance creamy, vanilla-like flavors, resulting in a rich, sweet, and indulgent profile.

Nose
A burst of Manuka honey, lemon butter candy, candied orange peel, peaches, toffee, and spice, with hints of vanilla crème anglaise and almond marzipan.
Palate
Thick, rich, and creamy with brioche, almond marzipan, honeycomb, fudge, lemon sherbet, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Finish
Long and lingering with notes of toffee apple, Butterkist popcorn, aniseed, sweet vanilla, coconut, toasted oak, and bitter dark chocolate.
