Nose
very vinous and powerful, deeply influenced by the dry Spanish wine, dried raisins, juicy peaches and the typical sweet character of Oloroso.
Palate
First impression sweet, but the sweetness is immediately taken over by extreme dryness and a very mineral character.
Finish
There is a bit of pepper and citrus that works a bit to clean the mouth.
