Description

A Speyside malt distillery that is today part of the Edrington Group following its acquisition of Highland Distillers in 1999. Unusually, the distillery and its brand had different owners between 2010 and 2017 when the label was briefly sold to Berry Brothers & Rudd in London. This special bottling of Glenrothes was created by Luca Gargano, boss of Italian drinks company Velier, for their 70th anniversary. It is part of the 'Four Daughters' series and is dedicated to Maria Margaux, who was born in 1985. It was distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2017.
