Nose
Vanilla, custard, pineapple, caramel, oak, more oak, cork.
Palate
Huge oak taste, very dry and tight. Bitterness builds over time and begins to overwhelm the other flavours. Traces of vanilla, like drinking a white wine with the heaviness of an old port. Rich with an excellent thick, clinging mouth feel.
Finish
Long, smooth but mild and bitter. Lingering.
